Coen Arrow is a Ph.D. Student at the Department of Medicine, University of Western Australia, Australia. From the same university, he was awarded Bachelor Degrees in Engineering (Mechatronic; 2016), and Science (Astrophysics, and Mathematics and Statistics; 2018), and a Masters Degree with Distinction in Medical Physics (2021).

He was awarded the Best Live Demonstration Award at the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Electronics Circuits and Systems for his application of neuromorphic vision to upper-limb prosthesis control. His research interests include the translation of technologies developed in the lab to clinical use, low-cost interventions for prevention of adverse outcomes and applications of AI in medicine.
